Princeton Dance Medicine Center is an interdisciplinary medical center led by Dr. Bracilovic.

Dr. Bracilovic’s board certification is in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.  She emphasizes helping dancers overcome injuries and not only return to their dance, but return to their dance at peak performance.  Dr. Bracilovic brings a deep well of academic and practical understanding of the biomechanics of a myriad of different types of dance and body movements. Her personal experience as a dancer combined with her academic experience combined with her long and in depth experience in treating dancers makes her uniquely qualified to treat dancers and lead this center.  At the Princeton Dance Medicine Center, we help dancers understand their injury, how to best overcome it, and how to prevent it and other injuries in the future.

Dr. Bracilovic’s treatment emphasis is holistic and minimally invasive and non-surgical whenever possible.  She works closely with massage therapists, personal trainers, dance teachers, physical therapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, podiatrists, orthopedists and other physicians in the area as well as in New York and Philadelphia when necessary.  The central goal of Dr. Bracilovic and every health professional associated with the Princeton Dance Medicine Center is to return the dancer safely and expeditiously to his or her dance and importantly to send him or her back to dance stronger than ever and with the tools, body awareness, and understanding to avoid injury in the future.
